 Betsy Stettinius is a native of Maryland and a long time resident of Annapolis. Betsy decided to settle in Annapolis after sailing the Chesapeake Bay in 1966. Prior to moving to Annapolis in 1970, Betsy lived in Europe for 17 years and is fluent in French.
